These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Matchinize, a brand operated by Roger Moreno ("Matchinize", "we", "us"). "Roger Match" is the professional name used by the operator. By purchasing or using our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Matchinize provides SEO and AI search services limited to on-page and content work, delivered under the package you select. The exact scope is defined in your Match Blueprint. The following are outside our scope: off-page SEO and link building, graphic design and image creation, paid ads and web development.
2. Packages and fees
Current packages and prices are the Match Blueprint (US$150, one-off), Matchinize Growth (US$2,097 per month) and Matchinize Scale (US$2,597 per month). Custom engagements are scoped individually. Monthly plans run for a term of 3, 6 or 12 months and are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply.
3. Payment
Payment is made against an invoice we issue. Invoices are paid by bank transfer or by a secure payment link we provide, and are due on receipt unless agreed otherwise. We may pause work on overdue accounts until payment is received.
4. Refunds and cancellation
- Match Blueprint. The Blueprint is custom work and is non-refundable once we have begun it. It is yours to keep. If you continue into Growth or Scale within 14 days, the Blueprint fee is credited toward your first month.
- Monthly plans. Months are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the month's work has started, because the work is delivered during that month. You may cancel future months with 30 days' written notice, and we may do the same.
- Good faith. If something is not right, contact us. We review issues case by case.
5. Your responsibilities
To deliver the work we need reasonable access to your systems (such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, your CMS and a communication channel), timely feedback, and reasonable time with your subject-matter experts where relevant. Delays in access or feedback may affect delivery timelines.
6. Deliverables and ownership
Once an invoice is paid in full, you own the content and on-page deliverables produced for you. We may keep copies for our records and may describe the work in general, non-confidential terms unless a separate confidentiality agreement says otherwise.
7. Use of AI
We use AI tools to speed up research and drafting. A senior expert directs the work, verifies claims and owns the final word. AI does not make strategic or editorial decisions on your account.
8. No guarantee of results
SEO and AI search results depend on many factors outside our control, including search-engine and answer-engine behaviour, competition and your starting point. We commit to a proven method and senior work on every deliverable, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, citations or revenue.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the services.
10. Limitation of liability
The services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Term and termination
Either party may end an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Either party may terminate immediately for a material breach that is not remedied within a reasonable time. Fees for work already delivered remain payable.
12. Governing law and disputes
The parties will try in good faith to resolve any dispute directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be handled under the applicable law of the place where the operator of Matchinize is established. A specific governing jurisdiction can be agreed in an individual client contract.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the "last updated" date above, is the version that applies.
