Why I built Matchinize.

I'm Roger Match. I've spent a decade in SEO, content and growth marketing across enterprise, SaaS and tech, inside agencies, inside in-house teams and as the person brought in to fix what wasn't working.

Here is what I kept running into. Agencies are expensive and slow, and the senior person who sold you rarely touches the work. Freelancers are affordable but unreliable, with quality and availability that swing month to month. And hiring in-house is genuinely hard, a six-figure bet on one person covering a field that now stretches across on-page, content, AEO and AI search all at once.

The one thing that held up everywhere I worked was content. Done right, content carries the highest leverage in SEO, and now in AEO and AI search too. It is what ranks, what gets cited and what you actually own. Everything else supports it.

So I built Matchinize around that. It is my productized SEO and AI search practice: senior strategy and editorial judgment on every deliverable, on-page and content only, run on expert-led AI workflows so the work moves at the pace a modern program needs. You get one expert accountable for the outcome, not a pitch team, a rotating junior or a risky solo hire.

Along the way I've taken personal content projects from zero to 50,000 monthly organic visitors, delivered more than 90 SEO content projects across industries and specialized in helping brands become the answer that ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews cite.
